1. Acceptance and eligibility

This User Membership Agreement is a binding contract between you and SeshList. By creating an account, signing in, or voting, you accept this Agreement and the Terms of Use, Acceptable Use, Community Guidelines, Review Policy, and Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated here. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the platform.

You represent that you are an adult legally permitted to view cannabis-related content where you are, that all information you provide is accurate, and that you will use SeshList only for lawful purposes.

2. One person, one account

Accounts are created through Google sign-in. You may hold only one account, you are responsible for everything done under it, and you may not share, sell, transfer, automate, or operate it on behalf of anyone else. Creating multiple or fake accounts is a material breach.

3. Voting and platform integrity

Voting is a privilege, not a right. You receive a daily allowance of votes that may be changed at any time. You agree not to manipulate, inflate, trade, sell, automate, coordinate, or otherwise interfere with votes, scores, rankings, reviews, or any platform signal. SeshList may, in its sole discretion and without notice, void votes, recalculate or freeze scores and rankings, remove content, and revoke Trusted Voice or any status to protect integrity. Rankings are never guaranteed.

4. Content you submit and the rights you grant

You grant SeshList a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly display, and otherwise exploit any content you submit, in any media, for any purpose, with no attribution or compensation to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you irrevocably waive any moral rights in that content.

You represent and warrant that you own or have all rights to everything you submit, that it is accurate and not misleading, and that it infringes no third-party right and violates no law. SeshList may keep and continue to use your content after your account ends.

5. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Manipulate votes, scores, or rankings, or assist anyone who does.
• Create fake, duplicate, or automated accounts, or scrape or harvest the platform.
• Post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, hateful, or harmful content.
• Post sales, transaction, or solicitation content, or impersonate any person or brand.
• Attempt to access non-public areas, probe security, or disrupt the service.

6. No disparagement

You agree not to make, publish, or encourage any false, misleading, defamatory, or disparaging statement about SeshList, its operators, employees, services, or brand, on or off the platform. Honest, lawful product reviews are welcome; attacks on SeshList itself are not, and may result in removal and termination.

7. Ownership of the platform

SeshList owns the platform, its name, logo, design, software, rankings, scores, badges, and all compilations and derivative works. Nothing here transfers any of those rights to you. Your license to use SeshList is limited, revocable, and non-transferable.

8. Moderation, suspension, and termination

SeshList may moderate, edit, remove, restrict, suspend, or terminate any content, account, or access at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, in its sole discretion. You may stop using SeshList at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

SeshList is provided on an as-is and as-available basis with no warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SeshList and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any reliance on rankings, scores, reviews, or product information, and their total liability to you for any claim will not exceed one hundred dollars (US$100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SeshList and its operators from any claim, loss, liability, and expense (including legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the platform, or your breach of this Agreement or any law.

11. Governing law and disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts serving Sheridan County, Wyoming, on an individual basis only; you waive any class, collective, or representative action and any right to a jury trial to the extent permitted by law. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises.

12. Changes and the entire agreement

SeshList may update this Agreement at any time; continued use means you accept the update. This Agreement, with the policies it incorporates, is the entire agreement between you and SeshList for your use of the platform. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
