1. About SeshList

SeshList is an informational platform for ranking and reviewing cannabis products through verified community signals. SeshList is not a dispensary, retailer, broker, or marketplace. SeshList does not sell cannabis, does not facilitate cannabis transactions, does not deliver products, and does not handle payment for any cannabis product.

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of SeshList, including any pages, features, content, rankings, profiles, and communications connected to it.

2. Eligibility and access

Access is limited to adults who are legally permitted to view cannabis-related content in their jurisdiction. You confirm this each time you enter, and you are solely responsible for ensuring your use is lawful where you are. SeshList may restrict, condition, or deny access where required.

3. Your account

Accounts are created through Google sign-in. By creating or using an account you agree that:

• You will provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You will maintain only one account and will not transfer or sell it.
• You will not impersonate any person, brand, or entity.
• You meet the User Membership Agreement, which is incorporated into these terms.

4. Content you submit and the rights you grant

You grant SeshList a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly display, and otherwise exploit any content you submit (including reviews, comments, images, logos, brand information, and product information), in any media now known or later developed, for any purpose, including operating, promoting, and improving SeshList, without any obligation of attribution or compensation to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you irrevocably waive any moral rights and similar rights in the content you submit. You represent and warrant that you own or have all rights necessary to grant this license, that the content is accurate and not misleading, and that it does not infringe any third-party right or violate any law. SeshList may use, retain, and republish your content even after your account or listing ends.

4a. No disparagement

You agree not to make, publish, or encourage any false, misleading, defamatory, or disparaging statement about SeshList, its operators, employees, services, or brand, on or off the platform. SeshList may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts or listings that violate this section, in addition to any other remedy available at law.

5. Acceptable use

Your use of SeshList is governed by the Acceptable Use policy and Community Guidelines, which are incorporated into these terms. Prohibited conduct includes manipulating votes, creating fake or duplicate accounts, scraping, posting sales or transaction content, and posting unlawful or harmful material.

6. Voting integrity

Rankings are built from verified community votes and platform signals. SeshList may, at its sole discretion, void votes, dampen suspicious activity, recalculate scores, adjust or freeze rankings, and revoke Trusted Voice status to protect the integrity of the platform. Rankings are not guaranteed and may change at any time.

7. Brands and listings

Brand listings, including any paid listing, grant control over brand-level information only. They do not grant the ability to influence votes, scores, or rankings. Live product data is locked and may only change through admin-reviewed change requests. Listing fees, where applicable, are for the listing service and are not a purchase of ranking, placement, or outcome. Listing purchases are processed by Stripe, billed immediately, and delivered right away as a non-refundable digital service; the Chargeback & Refund Policy applies and you accept it at checkout.

8. Moderation and enforcement

To keep the platform trustworthy, SeshList may, at its discretion and without notice:

• Moderate, edit, remove, restrict, or refuse any content or submission.
• Reject product submissions and brand claims.
• Suspend, limit, or terminate accounts and listings.
• Void votes and reverse platform actions believed to be abusive.

9. Intellectual property

SeshList, its name, logo, design, and original content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, scrape, frame, or reuse the platform or its content except as expressly permitted. See the DMCA / Intellectual Property policy to report infringement.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

SeshList is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind. See the Disclaimers policy for details. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SeshList and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any reliance on rankings, scores, reviews, or product information.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold SeshList harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the platform, or your violation of these terms or any law.

12. Changes, disputes, and governing terms

SeshList may update these terms at any time; continued use means you accept the updated terms. Disputes are handled as described in the Dispute Handling section below and through the Legal Contact page. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

13. Governing law and dispute handling

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before any formal action, you agree to contact us through the Legal Contact page so we can try to resolve the matter directly.

Any dispute that is not resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or serving Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all disputes are handled on an individual basis only, and you waive any right to participate in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises or it is permanently barred.
